Yolovial

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yolovial peptide dose and reconstitution tracker (the "Service") provided by Great Basin Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Yolovial is a trading name of Great Basin Software LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Yolovial performs arithmetic on figures you enter — how much compound is in a vial, how much bacteriostatic water you added, what you want to draw — and keeps a record of the schedule you set and the doses you mark as taken or skipped. It shows you your own history back.

2. What the Service does not do

Yolovial is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. It does not recommend a dose, a compound, or a protocol, and it ships no dosing figures of its own. Every number it displays either came from you or was calculated from what you entered.

Nothing in the Service is medical advice. Decisions about what you put in your body are yours, and they belong in a conversation with a qualified clinician.

3. Your responsibility for what you enter

The Service's output is only as correct as its input. A mistyped vial amount or water volume produces a confidently wrong number. You are responsible for checking that what you entered matches what is physically in front of you, and for verifying any figure before acting on it. The compound reference material in the app is descriptive background, not instruction.

4. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you believe someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law.
Don't attempt to access another user's records, or to disrupt, probe, or overload the Service.
Don't resell or redistribute the Service or present its output as clinical guidance.

6. Availability

The Service is offered as it is today, and it may change. Features can be added, altered, or removed, and it may be unavailable at times. It is not an appropriate place to keep the only copy of anything you cannot lose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and its compound reference material, is owned by Great Basin Software LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than to use it as permitted here. Your own records remain yours.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CALCULATION, REMINDER, OR FINDING WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREAT BASIN SOFTWARE LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR HARM ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ITS OUTPUT — INCLUDING ANY HEALTH CONSEQUENCE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Basin Software LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, the information you enter, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we change these Terms, the "last updated" date above changes, and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
